Feb 20 2008 - Triggers and Threshold Workshop

Feb 20 2008

Now that the UC Science Team has begun to implement the SNAMP workplan, an important next step is the exploration of HOW to collaboratively design and implement Adaptive Management practices. Since the T/T Team is critical to this effort, we are inviting you to a one day training to introduce the Structural Facilitation processes we used in the workplan development and to use these processes to plan for the next T/T meeting. It is scheduled for February 20th, from 9 AM to 5 PM at the DANR building in Davis and requires the full day commitment of all participants. Space is limited to 12 attendees, so get your registration in quickly! The attached agenda outlines some of the topics that will be covered as well as the desired outcomes from the day. The overall goals of the day are 1) to raise awareness regarding successful methods and processes that are needed to support Adaptive Management in SNAMP, 2) to practice using the methods to design the next T/T meeting, and 3) get feedback on what elements seem most important to the participants.
